Are your prices competitive with other vets?
Yes. There is a house call fee for each visit, but our other fees tend to be in line with industry standards. There is a house call fee. There is only 1 house call fee no matter how many pets you have.
Do you perform euthanasia?
Euthanasia services are available, and this is a service we provide in your home or in a special location of your choosing. It is important that your pet feel safe and at home during this time.
Can you spay or neuter my pet?
Yes, we can. We recommend these surgeries for pets that are 4-6 months of age.
What if my pet is having an emergency during after hours?
As is standard with most veterinary practices, if your pet is experiencing a true medical emergency, please contact Animal Emergency Hospital of Northeast Louisiana at (318)-410-0555.
How should I prepare my pet for appointment?
If you have a dog that is mainly outdoors, please have it in a confined area prior to our arrival (pen, garage, indoors, etc.). For cats, it is recommended to confine them in one closed-off room a few minutes before we arrive. Our goal is to spend as much time with you and your pet rather than searching for them once we arrive.
